2.75" tall "Patsy" from "Winnie Winkle" and 3-3/8" tall "Mr. Bailey" from "Smitty" daily strip, both of whom made their debuts in 1922. "Mr. Bailey" has detailed flower in lapel. Both have light wear and are VF/Exc.
