Item Description
10x12.5x2" deep box has additional text "Amusing-Thrilling © 1946 The Lone Ranger Inc./Rosebud Art Co., N.Y." Top and bottom aprons read "Lone Ranger." 1.5x8" clear tape reinforcement inside lid on top apron and right corner. Lid is slightly concave resulting in lt. creases in surface paper. Image and text remain bold and bright. Box bottom has additional reinforcement on corners w/clear tape. 5/8x2x12" painted red wood base holds 4.5x12" rounded cardboard front piece that reads "Lone Ranger/Hi-Yo Silver" w/notation below detailed image reading "Copr. 1946 The Lone Ranger Inc." Image shows Lone Ranger, Silver, Tonto by campfire, stagecoach, mountains and horse. Very clean and bright image. Behind front piece is 6x9" diecut cardboard of Lone Ranger and Silver attached to .5" wide angled metal that acts as spring. Slightest motion makes figure move back and forth. Crease at neck, tail broken but reattached w/old yellowed .5x1" piece of clear tape. All images are bright. Comes w/three 4.5" dia. braided cord rings for tossing. Box lid and standup remain impressive as 3-D display. VF.
