Item Description
Lot of 45 from set of 96 issued in 1938 by Goudey Gum Co. Each is 2-3/8x3-7/8" with full color art fronts featuring war time scenes, text backs. Titles include "The Marines Advance, Flame Throwers, Navy Blimp, Bombing Harbor Forts, Attack On Air Field, Sky Birds Take Off, Smashing Tank Attack," etc. About 20% of the cards have moderate margin wear/aging with some light creases. VG. About 50% of the cards have typical light margin wear/aging and are Fine. Remaining 30% shows very little margin wear and with fairly sharp corners, VF.
