Item Description
Magician Joseph Zawislak created his character based on Roland (see previous item) with John Zacherle's permission. He had a cult following between 1969-1979 but this premium is from early in career as text mentions his first show "Scream-In." 3x5.5" "Krazy Kit" mailer with "WPHL-TV 17" return address is oil stained. Folder (open 4.75x5.5") also oil stained but readable with directions for "Wonder Mouse" magic trick and "Crazy Buttons Instructions." There are two 2.75" plastic mice. One has wax dot under head and black thin thread attached. Other has wax and thread on original card. There are also four "crazy buttons" that are pressed down but then fly into air as their temperature changes. Two of these have "17" in octagonal design, one has portrait of "TV-17's Wee Willie Webber" and other of "TV-17's Dr. Shock." Tiny gray spots on the images but spots show only slightly. Cover of instruction folder has partly faded but readable paragraph promoting TV 17, Wee Willie Webber weekday cartoon show and "The Gruesome Doctor Shock's Scream In Double Feature Saturday Nights At 7." Papers just fair, mice N. Mint, 4 crazy buttons Fine. Rare. First seen.
