2.25x4" stiff paper card has unbroken perforations issued as part of 3.25x5.5" U.S. "Postal Card" with printed 2¢ stamp. On the printed side at left is photo of him w/his facsimile signature as "Honorary President" and this same picture appears on the fan club button. Card notes "Member Of The Elvis Presley Fan Club" w/Madison, Tenn. headquarters address. Post card lists "Elvis Presley Souvenir Packages" for 25¢, 50¢ and $1.00 and lists contents of each. Member's name is typed on membership card and matches the mailing label of item #1179. Only example we've seen in this post card format. Mint as issued.
