Item Description
7/8" reading "Lone Ranger VC." The Victory Corps was sponsored by Cheerios/Kix in 1942 to support the war effort and the original club kit came with a die-cut brass member's tab. As metal became harder to obtain, this celluloid button was substituted for the tab and button is much scarcer than tab. Has "©1942-The Lone Ranger Inc." on curl. Made by Cruver with covered metal back. Front pressed in a trifle. Hake book Collectible Pin-Back Buttons photo example Western Heroes section #429. Comes with Hake's COA. Exc. and displays Mint.
