Item Description
13.5x16x1" deep box contains Parker Bros. game ©1933. Box lid is worn with dust soiling and heavy edge wear including splits with tape repairs. VG. The gameboard is nicely illustrated paper label attached to the box bottom. This features large image of the Wolf at center surrounded by story scenes. Of interesting note are the story scenes which feature "Porky" pig, a Parker Bros. character that pre-dates the Warner Bros. character by 2 years. This character is also featured on the lid with text "Porky An Amusing And Exclusive Feature By Parker Bros. Inc." Missing instruction sheet. Has 4 wood playing pieces (one in a smaller size than the others) and spinner. The board label shows light trace of aging. VF. A rare game. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
