Item Description
2-3/8x7-5/8" ribbon has very small .5" horizontal split on upper right. Stickpin on reverse has made slight raised impression at top center of fabric. With TR in 1904, Stokes was running for governor and Henry Clay Loudenslager was U.S. Representative from N.J. 1st District 1893-1911. Rare. Fine.
