Thin and slightly textured fabric vertical pennant 4" wide at top by 7.5" tall. White fabric is printed by crossed rwb flags above tiny red union printer symbol. Inscriptions and TR portrait are printed in blue. All fabric except upper right corner has very pale age tone from dust but all remains bright. Top margin has six pin holes although not distracting. Items from 1916 are quite scarce and this one boldly proclaims the "Americanism" theme of his final and brief effort to re-capture the presidency. Rare and Fine.
