1.25" browntone shows Nipper peering into horn of "Victor" machine with caption "His Master's Voice." Pin holds two ribbons "V.E.R.A. 1st Annual Excursion/Atlantic City July 21, 1906." Initials may stand for Victors Employees Recreation Association. Tiny age to ribbons. Cello surface bit uneven to the touch but doesn't distract visually. Exc., displays Mint. Only example known to us. Rare.
