Nice quality belt 1" wide by 24.5" long brown leather w/attached 1x1.5x.25" deep brass belt buckle. Early 1940s by "Pioneer." Belt has slightly raised designs repeated around entire surface alternating between Superman portrait w/his name below and full figure flying image of Superman set against clouds. The buckle has great embossed image of Superman from the chest up w/his name below. Reverse has additional Superman image and imprint "Superman Pioneer." Belt shows moderate scattered wear from use but leather remains clean. Buckle has some small scattered traces of luster wear and some minor hairline scratches, mostly only visible in reflected light. Most bright luster remains. Fine overall.
