Item Description
First is 2x3" plastic case with 1.5" pewter-like luster medal. Small hairline fracture in case lid. Medal is Mint. Second is original box (taped edges) holding 5x11.5" explanatory sheet about medal's design elements plus the medal itself has 2.5" heavy bronze version by Medallic Art Co. Medal is Mint.
