8x12.25x1-1/8" deep box made by Colorforms © 1966 Greenway Productions Inc./20th Century-Fox Television Inc. and The Green Hornet Inc. Set includes 4-1/8x4.5" booklet, street scene and Colorform pieces of Green Hornet, Kato, two thugs and car Black Beauty. Set has minor handling wear but is N. Mint. Box lid has very nice illustration of Green Hornet w/small Kato up in title area. Lid has had corner splits w/tape repairs resulting in 1x1.5" areas of surface paper lifting at each corner. Lid is Fine
