Item Description
2.25" reads "Ichabod Washburn" and dates from 1930s w/backstamp of "Trapp Print Shop Topeka." Founded 1865 as Lincoln College, but re-named 1868 to honor donation of Ichabod Washburn, a church deacon and steel wire manufacturer from Wooster, Mass. Logo was created in 1937 when yearbook editors asked for suggestions and this was submitted by 1934 alumnus Bradbury Thompson. N. Mint. Displays Mint. Rare and first we've seen.
