Comes with original 2-3/8x2-7/8" one-sided oval tag. Notation on bottom of tag reads "Copyright 1959 Rorvic Productions Inc./And Desilu Productions." 7/8x1/8" edge missing at top right, not affecting text. Light crease/surface dust. Original string.
