Premium Exc. Comes with original 3x4.75" envelope mailed from Wrigley's Spearmint Gum/Toronto, Ontario. Image with name below reads "The Cisco Kid." Light handling creases/dust. Envelope VG. Also comes with single-sided 3.5x5.25" order form for additional Signal Arrowheads available for 25¢ and two Wrigley's Spearmint Gum wrappers. Center crease as issued. Handling wear. Card Fine.
