8.25x10.75". Textured paper in bwr. Front features facsimile letter from Mickey Mouse regarding "Your Brilliant Entry In The Big Didja Contest Has Been Awarded One Of The Major Prizes!" Text also promotes the Feb. 1936 issue of the Mickey Mouse magazine. A variation of this folder exists, issued in 1935 for the "Big Grin-vention Contest." Opens to reveal text promoting the purchase of magazine subscriptions for Christmas gifts and showing premiums awarded for four subscriptions. These include Mickey Mouse items of Ingersoll pocket watch, flashlight with batteries and fountain pen. All-over lightly aged and with original mailing folds. Tiny 1/16" hole along bottom spine edge. Fine. Rare.
