Similar design as previous item #1215, this is six-page folder issued in red and green colors instead of red and black. Features Santa Claus image and "Christmas Greetings" gift subscription for "Marge's Little Lulu" and "Lone Ranger." Card has been postally issued and has staple holes from issued staple at top. Card is unpunched and o/w unused. Light handling wear with a 5.5" crease to mailing card front. Postmarked Dec. 9, 1952. Fine. Scarce Christmas issue. Comes with 3.5x5" four-page folder for "New Funnies" featuring Andy Panda, Raggedy Ann and Andy as well as Li'l Eight Ball, Homer Pigeon and Oswald Rabbit. Woody Woodpecker appears inside. This is a gift subscription. Folder has been neatly filled out in ink inside. Obvious dust soiling and handling wear. VG.
