Item Description
Glossy 8x10" photo has additional 4-7/8x8-3/8" paper attachment at bottom with text reading "From The Football Gridiron To The Sagebrush: John Wayne, Former Football Star At University Of Southern California, Makes His Movie Debut As A Cowpuncher Hero In The Warner Picture, Ride Him Cowboy." While this is not Wayne's first feature film, this 1932 film is one of the first to feature him in the lead. Photo shows Wayne in action pose atop rearing horse. Upper left-hand and lower right-hand corner chips measuring 1/8" by .5". Photo has 1x4.5" area of discoloration at bottom from glue used to attach paper on reverse. Fine.
