Item Description
Lot of 17, each 2.25" dia. from 1937 set. These feature photos which are wine-colored, also issued in bw (see #3072). Lids are William Boyd/Border Land, Charles Starrett/Columbia Pictures Star, Ken Maynard/In Old Santa Fe, Johnny Mack Brown/Trail Of Vengeance, William T. Tilden II/One Of The World's Greatest Tennis Champions, Fred MacMurray/Swing High Swing Low, Robert Taylor/Personal Property, William Powell/Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Star, Nelson Eddy/Maytime, Clark Gable/Parnel, Freddie Bartholomew/Captains Courageous, Jean Harlow/Personal Property, Merle Oberon/I Claudius, Louise Rainer/Maiden Voyage, Madeleine Carroll/Castles In Spain and two identical lids of Myrna Loy/Parnel. Tabs are missing from Boyd, Tilden and Powell. Tilden has heavy dust soiling, Hoppy has some lt. creases. These two are about VG. Others have lt. to moderate trace of wear and aging but for the most part, photo images remain clean. Fine.
