5x7.75" paper envelope has art of Golden Age Blue Beetle Dan Garrett. ©Fox Features Syndicate Inc. c. mid-1940s featuring Blue Beetle with red gloves and belt. Envelope contains two 3.75x7.5" sheets with full color decals on perforated sections to be pulled apart for use. Decal backs were soaked with water and placed on moistened article or skin. Envelope has corner tip wear and is missing flap at top. Lightly aged. VG but still displays Fine. Characters include: Blue Beetle (2), Mike Mannigan, Dick Transom, O'Brien Twins, Adam Anteas Jr., Green Mask, Cuthbert Joy, Judy Joy, Pinky Joy, The Witch, Pussy Katnip, Joan Mason, The Puppeteer, Raven Madd, Johnny Green, Rocket Kelly, One Round Hogan, Mercilous, The Bouncer and Snookie. Transfers have some scattered traces of surface paper attached from envelope but all remain unused and N. Mint. Scarce as not many Blue Beetle items were produced during the Golden Age.
