Item Description
Two 7-7/8x7-7/8x1" deep boxes contain 7.5" dia. first edition china collectors plates by Schmid Bros., Inc. Plates were designed and created by Charles Addams as limited edition exclusives. Made in Japan. Back of plates have hang loops. Christmas, 1972 plate shows Christmas feast scene with Morticia, Pugsley, Gomez, Wednesday and Granny Addams seated at table as Lurch offers two-headed roast pig. "Christmas 1972-Chas. Addams" is at bottom. Mint. Box shows edge wear with some color rubs and is Fine. Second plate features image of The Addams Family with Gomez tying Granny Addams to train tracks with Addams Family house in bkg. "Mothers Day 1972 - Chas. Addams" text runs at bottom. Mint. Box has moderate wear with two 3" edge splits on left and right-hand side. VG.
