Item Description
Painted steel stand inspired by the 1934 cartoon The Big Bad Wolf. The base is triangular shape, 20" long on each side with the center canister to hold the tree trunk being 7" tall with a 5" opening. Three threaded screws are adjustable while on the interior, each is threaded into a wood block and when tightened these form a 3-sided clamp around a tree trunk. The exterior of the canister is decorated with 3 full color decals, each showing The Big Bad Wolf meeting Red Riding Hood in the woods and then a second scene with Red Riding Hood standing next to a bed with the Wolf wearing Grandmother's night hat and spectacles. The company name "Noma" appears on each decal. Around the base are 8 electrified colored lamps which light when the short cord is plugged in. A few widely scattered marks on the cream paint but overall condition of both paint and decals is extremely Fine. Rare and first we've seen.
