Item Description
Figure stands 4.5" tall depicting Mickey with a very short, squat body and a very large over-sized head. One of his celluloid hands is depicted resting against his waist area while his other celluloid arm and hand reaches around to the rear of the body and is depicted as if his hand is holding his tail which is part of the molded celluloid into an upward position so that the tail lies underneath his hand against his pants and then curves upward over the middle of his back. His large head is a separate piece attached by elastic and therefore movable. On the reverse of this 1930s celluloid is a logo of the letters "CC" within a diamond shape and with "Made In Japan" embossed below into the celluloid. Mickey's nose tip has several extremely tiny indents and the right side of his nose has a very shallow .5" long indentation line of very little importance. Small minor paint loss on the bottom edge of each shoe and just a little color loss off his reverse gloved hand but overall condition is Fine. A most unusual and rare figure from the Gary Selmonsky Collection.
