Lot of 27, each 2x3" ©1950 Model Airplane Co. There are 60 cards in this series with numbers 1-30 being circus and western theme, numbers 31-60 are military theme. This lot comprises a near set of the military sub-set missing only numbers 44, 51 and 52. Cards have die-cut design meant to be punched out with a pair of "Holding Bars" attached to reverse by a pair of staples used to "wiggle" the punch-out design. Cards feature nice art, bw text backs including titles such as "Bazooka Team, Submarine Gun Practice, Military Band, Jet Fighters, Russian Jet, Hand Grenade Attack, etc. While none of these cards have been punched, all have trace of staple rust. O/w all are exceptionally clean with sharp corners. Without the staple rust, cards would grade N. Mint/Mint.
