Item Description
6.75x10.25" complete album consisting of 22 stiff paper pages plus front and back covers. c. 1899. These souvenir albums were obtained by redeeming coupons packed with cigarettes. Features the same choice illustrations as the card series of the same names. Series represented in this book in order are "Yacht Colors Of The World, Fancy Dress Ball Costumes, Musical Instruments Of The World." Each series features choice illustrations of pretty ladies as the focal point of that theme. Each page also features related art that ties the images together and there are several additional full page beauties. Cover has obvious wear with creases, moisture staining, two corner tips off back. Good. Pages have margin/corner tip wear but remain clean. Fine. Superb album.
