6" long by 6.25" tall toy with built-in key comes in box nicely illustrated on all sides. 1950s. Box has moderate wear with puncture marks on one side and on top but not that noticeable. Sides have light creases. End flaps have 3 tears from .5" to 1.5". All pieces present. VG but still displays Fine. This is the scarcer variation of the toy with a tan plastic hat and front wheels in red and yellow. Nicely detailed with humorous phrases, TV screen on back showing Milton. Works and travels around in an erratic fashion. Toy has a few barely noticeable hairline scratches. Remains totally bright and glossy. VF/Exc.
