Item Description
11.5" long tin litho by Cragstan, Japan 1959. Toy has elaborate remote control unit designed as car dashboard with gauges, radio, pedals and shift lever lithoed on it. Toy works only in the reverse and forward modes. Steering wheel is loose and does not turn wheels. There is also a small speaker on this remote dash which probably is a horn. This function also no longer works as horn button is present but detached from steering wheel. Car itself has highly detailed interior, chrome and brass painted accents on trunk hood and sides. Car is not marked as 1959 Buick but is an exact replica of same with 1959 grill, hood and fins, etc. Car has just a few tiny nicks in paint, side accents have slight discoloration. One front top fender alongside hood has .5" streak of missing paint. Fine.
