8.5x11x2.5" deep box contains complete three-piece Ben Cooper costume © 1965 Screen Gems Inc. Box has lt. wear and the cellophane window has been broken but still intact. Some tears to cardboard around window. VF. Molded thin plastic mask depicts Samantha in witch's hat accented by moon and stars. Missing elastic strap, has dent in hat, two small .25" to .75" cracks at bottom under chin. Flocked hair still remains and still bright and Fine appearance for display. The two-piece rayon outfit consists of a cape/vest and skirt. Design on front of vest is flocked w/additional sparkle accents including portrait of Samantha plus image of her flying on broom w/moon and numerous stars in the bkg. Slightest trace of wear and aging, overall lt. wrinkles as stored in box but is still VF to Exc. Nice costume.
