Item Description
Lot of two c. 1930s. Charlie is 11.5" tall composition head with fabric body and complete with separate monacle attachment. Marked "Reliable Made In Canada." Light aging to body, head has some tiny scattered paint rubs but composition remains quite nice and without the normal crazing/cracking. VF. Mortimer is 10" tall, soft pliable rubber head with cardboard hat, fabric body with felt hands. Hat is worn with a number of small tears/creases on the brim but still remains intact. Body has trace of aging, 1" seam split under right hand. Fine and Scarce. From the Andy Levison Collection.
