6x7" hollow metal award on a 2.25x2-7/8x3" wooden base. © 1969 George Schlatter/Friendly Productions and Romart Inc. Award is of hand w/pointing index finger that has wings on the side. This was an actual award given weekly by hosts Dan Rowan and Dick Martin for the dumbest news item of the week on the NBC TV show "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In" that ran from Jan. 1968 through May 1973. Also known as the "Rigid Digit, Winged Weinie, Wonderful Wiggler, Friendly Phalenge, Nifty Knuckle." N. Mint. Great piece of TV history.
