2x7.25". Issued for centennial of his birth. Oval portrait surrounded by wreath and rays with crossed sword and quill pen above. Reads "Centennial Anniversary Of The Birth Of Washington 1832." A few small and light tan age marks. Four small sized numerals in pencil on reverse. For rarity and importance, these GW ribbons are under-valued. Fine.
