3x7.25". Paper. Text in center reads "For President Abraham Lincoln Of Illinois/For Vice President Andrew Johnson Of Tennessee." Lower portion lists 5 candidates "For Presidential Electors" and their city of origin. At bottom is listed "For Member Of Congress/First District/Donald C. McRuer Of San Francisco." Reverse has naval battle scene with sinking battleship "Alabama" being fired upon by battleship "Kearsarge." Two narrow vertical lines seem to be in the printing. Pinhole at top center. Overall N. Mint.
