1-3/8x5". Detailed scene of raccoon standing on hind legs holding hatchet and rooster's feet. Rooster's head rests on stump. Text reads "Harrison and Morton, 'America Is Tired Of This English Rooster: - I'll Kill Him!'/." Bordered in black at bottom reads "Funeral Service At Washington, D.C. Mar. 4th 1889." This is Harrison's inauguration date. Tiny fraying at lower right tip, o/w Exc.
