In stars and bars border, 8 round wreaths mark important dates in Dewey's life from his birth through his extensive naval career, ending with "Admiral Feb. 13, 1899." Back is marked "Higgins & Seiter West 22nd St. New York/Cauldon England." Bright blue on white bkg. in high gloss glazing. A better example would be difficult to find. N. Mint.
