7.75x10". ©1941. 48 pages. Hardbound. Includes 9 color plates. 30 b/w illustrations. Illustrations are filled with satire and irony pertaining to Hitler and events in Europe and around the world. This book was published before the United States entered the war, after the attack on Pearl Harbor. Many of the illustrations are moving and filled with emotions. Scarce illustrated dust jacket with surface dust. 1.25" tear at top. Dust jacket VF. Book VF to Exc. A rare and important publication.
