3-1/8x3.5" heavy quality-made case that pops open to hold 2 panels of regular sized cigarettes. Elastic bands to keep cigarettes in position are not present. Porcelain has numerous but very light hairline scuffs mostly on sky area that can be seen in reflected light but o/w not at all. Exc., displays Mint.
