Item Description
Approximately 9" and 10". Early 1950s. Cloth bodies and rubber heads. National Mask And Puppet Co. Each has copyright symbol on neck base. Lot includes Popeye, Olive Oyl and Wimpy. Puppets all have felt hands with only one finger missing from Olive Oyl. Olive also has bell attached on one hand. Bodies have scattered aging and staining and heads have darkened with age with some scattered soiling and age spots. Popeye has fading to back of body. Wimpy head is a bit hardened with age but other two remain very pliable. Overall VF/Fine. From the Andy Levison Collection.
