Approximately 6x8". Unmarked with exception of incised "206" number on base of neck. c. 1950s. Painted plaster. Recessed back to hold string ball. Hole for string in mouth. Hanging loop at top as made. Extremely well-detailed likeness of Popeye's archnemesis. Aged. Light paint wear to teeth. VF.
