4x5x7" tall all celluloid toy with exception of its long wire metal tail. Has built-in key. 1930s. Marked "Made In Japan" and also has a "W.D." copyright on back. Toy works well, his legs move back and forth rapidly as he "Rambles About." Very light trace of aging but no dents or cracks. Scattered trace of paint wear on the tail but about 50% black paint remains. Overall still an exceptional example of this rare toy, the first we've been able to offer in many years. Exc.
