Item Description
11" long tin litho car with built-in key and hard plastic figures. 1950s. Box is nicely illustrated but well worn with both a loose end flap and inside end flap. Other end flap missing the closure tab and has tape strips added. Technically Good but the 4 main illustrated panels still display as Fine. Body of the car is decorated with flowers and draped ribbons along with character images of Mickey, Donald and his nephews, Pinocchio, Thumper, Dopey and Pluto. The plastic figures are Mickey, Pluto and Donald in 2 different colors. Car complete with plastic windshield and steering wheel. Small scattered traces of wear including some minute paint nicks but all remains totally bright and glossy. Working and VF. Great design. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
