Issue shows obvious wear with small tears along spine and right-hand edge margin as well as dust soiling and penciling by title. Good/VG. #80 published Oct., 1943. Issue features Batman villain Two-Face on cover as well as interior story. Cover is detached at staple with dust soiling along spine but is complete and Good.
