Has cardboard cover with punch-out figures on the front, house of bricks on the back. There are 6 paper pages of cut-out outfits, other houses, accessories. This includes Wolf disguises for Peddler and little sheep, pigs nightshirts, accessories such as stove, chopping block, pie, can of turpentine, piano, etc. Trace of staple rust. Back cover has bit of aging, main brick house section has come loose from perforations and missing a pair of .25x2" long strips from right/left sides that were meant to be discarded upon removal of this piece. O/w all is unused and intact. Bottom margin of 3 pages has moderate scattered wear with small tears and chips, o/w all paper sheets remain bright, clean and uncut. Still a solid Fine copy of this rarely seen book, an early and historic Disney cut-out publication. The only copy we've offered in our 41 years.
