6" tall tin litho toy with built-in key (a similar toy was made in larger scale and of hard plastic by Marx known as Party Pluto). Comes with original box nicely illustrated on all sides. Box is well worn, missing bottom flap and one inner flap with additional wear including creases and a number of splits with repairs on inside. While box is scarce, just good "as is" but still displayable. Toy has original rubber ears and tail. Holds baton and bell and has horn in mouth. Toy works and rocks back and forth as he shakes both arms and blows the horn (produces a popping sound). Minute scattered paint nicks but totally bright and glossy. Exc.
