20x21.5" tall overall. c. 1950s. 1x12x20" upper portion with silk screened text. 7x9" image area holds paper photo of Dusty and Roy wearing raincoats. Text reads "Official Roy Rogers Boys Raincoat/Electronically Sealed/100% Waterproof/Cleans With Damp Cloth/Approved And Worn By Dusty And Roy Rogers." Scattered paint flakes overall. Random edge chipping. Tear on one photo. Would benefit from a cleaning. Overall VG. Even with condition issues, rare and first we've seen.
