5.5x7.5x4" deep painted plaster with recessed area on back for holding ball of string. String hole in mouth. Hook on back for hanging. 1940s with incised "W.D.P." copyright. Small trace of wear with some tiny color rubs mostly to top of hat, small craze lines on eyes. VF. First we've seen.
