Item Description
4x12x8.75" tall. Toy #770 introduced in 1938 and made for just one year. Both Dopey and Doc have paper labels and hold a hammer to strike the paper label-covered cardboard tree stump. This has a professionally replaced tin drum head. Has original pull cord with wood knob. The wheels on Doc's end have grooves for rubber treads, one of which remains intact, Dopey's wheels were designed without these and are just wood. All over moderate scattered aging. Paper labels have typical hairline ripples much of which is just visible in reflected light. Labels have scattered small trace of edge wear with some rubs/sliver flakes. All color remains strong. VG/Fine. Among the rarest Disney Fisher Price pull toys. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
