3" wide brass and celluloid bar w/pin at top. 2.5x8.5" overall. 1.75" celulloid on brass center attachment reads "Maj. Wm McKinley." Flags above attachment are rippled to give a third dimension 'waving' effecting. Original Whitehead & Hoag paper is attached to lower back. Very lt. sufface dust visible on close inspection o/w displays VF.
