1.25" and like other design in Auction #192, this reads "It Pays To Go To Atlantic City/The Ideal Convention Resort." Has W&H backpaper. In #192, Neptune has octopus-like legs as he rises from the ocean. On this, he rides his shell boat being pulled by seahorses. Essentially Mint. A great button. Under 5 known.
