Item Description
1" c. 1930 w/Hyatt backpaper. Tiny signature at bottom right seems to be "hibbs." Character is unknown to us but perhaps inspired Bobby London's cigar-chomping 'Dirty Duck' in the National Lampoon of the 1970s. Faint 1/8" gray line at lower left, all else is Mint. Only example known to us. Rare.
